The burner is designed for use with scented wax melts. Simply place a few melts on top of the burner and light an unscented tea light candle inside.
Let the wax melts melt, and their fragrance will fill the room, just like a traditional candle. When all the melts have disappeared, you can add more and repeat the process.
If any pieces of wax melts remain but no longer have any fragrance, you can remove them by letting the burner heat for a few seconds, then cleaning it with a paper towel. You can then add new wax melts.
